Diversity of thought is the real driver of our “Decentralized Entrepreneurial” business culture. To turn this value into systemic action, ITW has established a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee. As explained in our company report, the Committee is mandated to promote listening initiatives, address cognitive bias and launch internal awareness campaigns. Our goal is to overcome cultural barriers and foster a strong sense of belonging, where every colleague feels free to express their individuality.
